Why coin wallet shows only 1 connection? I have wallet software (compile for my altcoin) and there are 3 nodes running. When i run wallet software in Mac (not core wallet), it shows only one connection to altcoin network, when it should be 3. The 3 IPs are added through dns seeds. My deamon cannot download blocks from the blockchain Alright so I am creating a fork of litecoin in order to make my own crypto currency. I have the main daemon node running on a vps. Got an issue compiling After working my way through many errors compiling an alt-coin windows qt. Everything compiles fine right until the final stage when the system is putting together the exe. You can find the error below. leveldb is installed and libleveldb.a and libmemenv.a files are correctly in src/leveldb ... Splitting BTC and BCH from cold storage using bitcoin core wallet sending to exodus I had BTC long before the forks of BCH (bitcoin cash) and any of the others. I wanted to finally split some BCH off of my BTC and so this is what I attempted to do Bitcoin Core Wallet Send to Exodus Wallet I verified the blockchain and refreshed Exodus and I see .023 BTC ( $181.41 currently) . I clicked on Help in Exodus and the claim your bitcoin cash in which it is supposed to scan to see if I have any BCH It says none found. Either this is not how to find the BCH and split it of, or .023 BCH is too small of an amount ? Does every miner verify blocks that are already in the Blockchain Once a miner adds a block to the chain, does every other miner have to check that block to make sure that its transactions don't violate any rules?
